מנוע האב מסוג "בראשלס" (חסר מברשות  brush-less Hub Motor) מיועד לאופניים חשמליים / קורקינט / תלת אופן חשמלי / כלים חשמליים שונים.

מנוע אופניים חשמליים 1000 מורכב על גלגל אחורי בעל 36 קדחים (חישוק בעל 36 חישורים), יכול לסחוב משקל כולל של 130 ק"ג במישור.
באמצעות התקנת בקר מנוע חכם למנוע זה ניתן לקבל נסיעה שקטה וחלקה, צריכת זרם חסכונית ואורך חיים של למעלה מ 10 שנים מבלי לפתוח את המנוע כלל.
במנוע זה מותקנים מגנטים חזקים במיוחד והסלילים עברו טיפול מיוחד נגד התחממות, בזמן שגוף המנוע עובד כגוף קירור יעיל נגד התחממות.

במנוע אופניים זה מותקנים חיישני תנועה (Hall Sensors) שמשדרים לבקר המנוע את מהמיקום המדויק של המגנטים ומתאמים את פעולת המנוע לפעולה חלקה ושקטהץ
התחלת הנסיעה חלקה ללא קפיצות או ויברציות ממהירות אפס, והסנסורים עמידים בחום גבוה.

ציר המנוע מפלדה עמידה במיוחד עם מגרעת מזלג עמוקה במיוחד למניעת סיבוב הציר במקומו. (בכל מקרה מומלץ/רצוי/הכרחי להתקין זרוע מומנט למנוע זה, כי החיים יקרים יותר מכל).
מומלץ להתקין למנוע זה חישורים בקוטר של 2.0-3.0 מ"מ, מפלדת אל חלד עמידה.

מהוא מנוע חסר מברשות Brush-lees motor?
בשנים האחרונות הוכרע השימוש באופניים חשמליים ותחברורה חשמלית לזכות מנוע חסר המברשות שהתגלה כמתאים והאמין ביותר לשימוש בכלי רכב גלגליים. (אופניים חשמליים / אופנוע חשמלי / רכב חשמלי ועוד). מנוע זה בנוי ממספר רב של מגנטים המסודרים במעגל על הרוטור (Rotor הוא החלק המסתובב) של המנוע ויוצרים שדה מגנטי קבוע. הסטאטור (החלק הסטאטי/קבוע של המנוע) בנוי מסלילי נחושת המעבירים דרכם זרם חשמלי ויוצרים שדה מגנטי משתנה בהתאם לפולסים של הזרם המגיע אליהם מבקר המנוע  Motor Controller. השדה המגנטי שבסלילים בא בהיפוך מגנטי לקוטביות מגנטים המותקנים ברוטור המסתובב, ויוצרים יחסי משיכה-דחיה שדוחפים את הרוטור למצב סיבוב. במקרה שלנו הרוטור מחובר לחישורי הגלגל ויוצר את התנועה הסיבובית של הגלגל.
מנועים אלה אינם דורשים טיפול כלל ויכולים לתפקד בצורה טובה למשך שנים רבות. למנועים אלה עקומת כוח מצויינת (Torque), במקביל לעקומת זרם עולה ויורדת, כך שבמהירויות גבוהות מנוע זה חסכוני בחשמל לעומת חברו הותיק מנוע המברשות.

שימוש נכון במנוע בראשלס לאופניים!
כלל אצבע: אף מנוע לא אוהב מים ולחות שנשארים בתוכו למשך זמן.
למרות שמנועים אלה מגיעים מהמפעל אטימים למים בנסיעה בגשם ובשלוליות קלות, הם אינם מיועדים לטבילה במים או למתז מים של צינור.
כשרוחצים את האופניים החשמליים לא מומלץ להתיז בלחץ לכיוון המנוע, ובכל מקרה יש לייבש לאחר הרחיצה ולצאת לנסיעה מאומצת של רבע שעה כדי שפעולת המנוע תייבש את הלחות שנכנסה למנוע.

By installing a smart engine controller for this engine, you can get a quiet and smooth ride, economical current consumption and a lifespan of over 10 years without opening the engine at all.
In this motor, extremely strong magnets are installed and the coils have undergone a special anti-heating treatment, while the motor body works as an efficient anti-heating heat sink.

Hall Sensors are installed in this bicycle engine that transmit to the engine controller the exact position of the magnets and adjust the engine operation for a smooth and quiet operation
The start of the trip is smooth without jumps or vibrations from zero speed, and the sensors are resistant to high heat.

The motor shaft is made of extremely durable steel with an extremely deep fork groove to prevent the shaft from rotating in its place. (In any case, it is recommended/desirable/necessary to install a torque arm for this engine, because life is more expensive than anything).
It is recommended to install spokes with a diameter of 2.0-3.0 mm, durable stainless steel, to this engine.

What is a brushless motor Brush-lees motor?
In recent years, the use of electric bicycles and electric vehicles has been decided in favor of the brushless motor, which has proven to be the most suitable and reliable for use in wheeled vehicles. (electric bicycle / electric motorcycle / electric car and more). This motor is built from a large number of magnets arranged in a circle on the rotor (Rotor is the rotating part) of the motor and create a permanent magnetic field. The stator (the static/permanent part of the motor) is made of copper coils that pass an electric current through them and create a changing magnetic field depending on the pulses of the current that reach them from the Motor Controller. The magnetic field in the coils magnetically reverses the polarities of magnets installed in the rotating rotor, creating an attraction-repulsion relationship that pushes the rotor into rotation. In our case the rotor is connected to the spokes of the wheel and creates the rotational movement of the wheel.
These engines require no maintenance at all and can function well for many years. These motors have an excellent power curve (Torque), at the same time as a rising and falling current curve, so that at high speeds this motor is more economical in electricity compared to its old friend the brush motor.

Correct use of the Brussels motor for bicycles!
Rule of thumb: no engine likes water and moisture that stays in it for a long time.
Although these engines come from the factory waterproof when driving in rain and light puddles, they are not designed for immersion in water or splashing water from a hose.
When washing the electric bicycle, it is not recommended to spray under pressure towards the engine, and in any case, dry after washing and go for a strenuous ride of fifteen minutes so that the operation of the engine dries the moisture that entered the engine.
